About Caisi

I’ve led cloud, data, and AI platform teams and worked as a Field CTO. Earlier work in finance and strategy still shapes how I approach a project. I want to understand what changes for the business, what it costs, and how we’ll know it helped.

I’m building Caisi to make the decisions behind useful AI systems easier to follow. Each note works through a particular question, with examples you can use to examine your own project.

The name comes from Creating AI Systems with Impact. Caisi is my independent publication, not an institute or certification body. The writing represents my own views, not employer guidance or endorsement.

Teaching examples will be labeled. Claims from outside sources will be attributed, and experiments will state their setup and limits. Corrections and substantive updates will be visible alongside the affected note.
