Why this series exists

The current market has plenty of writing about AI opportunity, pilot momentum, and model capability. It has much less useful writing about what leadership has to standardize before AI can move from tolerated experimentation to sanctioned operating model. That is where adoption gets political, expensive, and slow.

The CAISI site already covers measured research, control benchmarks, runtime enforcement, and implementation patterns. This series sits one layer above those. It is the executive bridge between "teams want to use more AI" and "we know what we are willing to approve, how we will govern it, and what evidence has to exist if we are going to scale it."
